為歡送即將畢業的外籍學位生及交換生，國際交流暨國際教育處於8日在學生活動中心，舉辦「TAMSCAR國際跨文化之夜」。活動以奧斯卡為主題，融合淡江「Tamkang」跟奧斯卡「Oscar」，組成獨一無二的「TAMSCAR」典禮。來自不同國家的外籍生們感情深厚，藉著這次活動，在畢業前歡聚交流，個個盛裝出席，現場湧入外籍生及本國籍生200多人，整個活動中心熱鬧非凡。
