1.〞resemble〞的用法如下，意思同〞look like〞

I resemble my father. = I look like my father.我長得像爸爸

2.〞look alike〞後而則不能加字。例：They look alike.他們長得很像

3.男主播：anchorman

女主播：anchorwoman

但兩者皆可簡稱為anchor

4.How come意指why，但文法不同。〞How come〞後接直述句型；

〞why〞後接疑問句型。例：How come you’re here？Why are you here？

How come you didn’t marry him？

Why didn’t you marry him？

A：你確定他們是雙胞胎嗎？他們長得不像嘛！

B：他們是雙胞胎呀！異卵雙胞胎！

A：難怪。如果是同卵雙胞胎就長得一樣了。但為什麼一個喜歡攀岩，另一個喜歡高空彈跳呢？
