In order to improve on campus safety, the Student Council is conducting a survey on this particular issue. It has prepared 1,300 copies of a questionnaire for the members of the Council to distribute and complete them in classes by students. There will be over 300 copies on the Tamkang Times display selves from October 25 onwards for any volunteer to pick out and fill out. Completed questionnaires can be returned to the boxes outside the Council office at Wu Fu Kang Student Club Center.
The questionnaire, designed by the Council, contains14 questions. They should elicit answers regarding overall campus security, incidents of theft, harassment, ways of handling traffic congestion, pedestrian safety, violation of parking and suggestions on areas of further improvement around the campus. The results then will be passed on to all offices concerned for actions to be taken.
