The Research Office of Calligraphy at Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center will hold the activity "E-Pen Creates the World" at 11:30 am on November 5th ; Founder Clement C. P. Chang, President Flora C. I. Chang and many other administrative executives and guests will be invited to "kai-bi." Researched and developed by Research Office of Calligraphy, Center for Distance Education, and Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, the calligraphic system of e-pen makes possible calligraphy on computer's writing pad, which can be stored and printed out. According to Chang Ping-huang, Associate Director of Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center, five computer writing pad will be prepared for teachers and students. "Pen in Tamkang for Lanyang" will be held at 11:30 a.m. at that day; fifty more calligraphers, including Liu Ping-nan, Yen Jian-zhong, Chen Chia-tzi, Tzeng An-tien and others, will be invited to the activity, each will write one word in TKU's school disciplines and anthem.
