The Third English Debate Contest will be held by Dept. of English on 6:30 p.m., Oct. 25, at Ching-sheng International Conference Hall. The debate topic of this year is "Should every student graduating from a four year college or university be required to pass an English competency test in order to graduate?" Only four teams can join the contest, each of which contains three members. Anyone who likes to enroll please turns in the sign-up form and 300 NT-dollar cash deposit to Office of Dept. of English (FL207) before 12:10 p.m, Oct. 13.
