The EMBA program of Dept. of Business Administration invited over 150 alumni to Jin Shan Youth Activity Center on August 25 to welcome the new blood to join the program.
To welcome these new arrivals, the department prepared some outdoor group competitions for them. Moreover, the department invited Lien Sheng-wen, a commissioner of KMT, to exchange his views on investment and financial arrangement with members of EMBA program. Many members showed great interests in how Lien would deal with the media and the press. They were also interested in knowing what his favorite movies and his hobbies are.
Chuang Mei-ling, vice-president of the EMI Record Copy Rights Department, said that this journey is a unique experience for all EMBA program members. Since they are all senior officials in their companies, it is hard for them to put the works aside and join the activity. “I wish the department can hold similar trips more often so that members can have a stronger connection with each other through the constant interactions,” Chuang said.
