We are now entering the most ideal season for traveling around Taiwan. To make the most of the springtime weather, on the 30th of April the TKU Office of International Exchange and International Education (OIEIE) held a daylong Cultural Trip to a power farm in Taoyuan (http://www.powerfarm.com.tw).
The purpose of the daytrip was to allow TKU’s international and exchange students to experience the beauty of Taiwan and make the most of their time studying at Tamkang. While at the Power Farm, students stewed sweet potatoes, made natural plant dyes, took part in an ecological tour, and enjoyed their delicious self-stewed sweet potatoes.
