On June 2, the TKU Department of German is set to hold an academic symposium on the Theory and Practice of Chinese/German Interpreting. The Chairman of the Department of German, Dr. Chung Ying-yen, explained that the topics touched on in the discussion will be the environment, the current status and the future prospects of Chinese/German interpreting.
The symposium will be attended by two special guests: Dr. Daniel Tsann-Ching Lo, the Director of the Department of German Language and Culture, Fu Jen Catholic University; and Dr Ai Hua-Lin, Department of German Language and Culture, Soochow University.
