The second Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Exposition jointly sponsored by Tamkang University and China Times was well received by visitors. Sixteen graduate institutes and departments participated in the exposition. More than 3,000 copies of institute and departmental brochures have been sent out and 400 copies of enrollment general regulations have also been sold out. The Office of Academic Affairs expected that the number of registration would largely grow this year.
The 16 institutes and departments participating in the exposition included Departments of Chinese, Educational Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Engineering, Banking and Finance, International Trade, Insurance, Public Administration, Business Administration, and Graduate Institutes of Educational Policy and Leadership, International Business, Japanese Studies, China Studies, International Affairs and Strategic Studies, Accounting, and Management Sciences.
In order to provide visitors with more information, the participating departments and graduate institutes have sent their own representative to the exposition stands to explain and answer the questions that visitors may have on the scene. The well-designed brochures have drawn good responses from visitors. Dean of Academic Affairs Fu Hsi-jen presented at the exposition in the first day of exhibition. Lii Peir-chyi, Chair, Department of Management Sciences and Decision Making in Master’s Program for in-service students and Lin Jyh-horng, Chair of Department of International Master of Business Administration for in-service students have also presented at the exposition site.
The registration for the entrance examination for in-service student program will begin from March 3 to March 6. Written examination will be held on March 29 and the interview on April 19. Results will be announced on May 9.
