On June 18, the Office of Human Resources held a Farewell Luncheon to celebrate and send off retiring TKU faculty and staff. A total of 10 such faculty and staff members retired at the end of the second semester (2012 – 2013 academic year): Dr. Chou Tsung-hsien (Professor, Department of History), Ma Shao-Chuan (Lecturer, Department of Information and Library Science), Dr. Shou-Jen Hu (Professor, Department of Mathematics), Dr. Lin I-Chen (Associate Professor, Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering), Dr. Chao-Cheng Mai (Distinguished Professor, Department of Industrial Economics), Dr. Liu Tsann-Liang (Professor, Department of Business Administration), Dr. Pan Tse-Weio (Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration), Dr. Darrel Paul Doty (Associate Professor, Department of English), Li-min Cheng (Chueh Sheng Memorial Library), and Tsai Chuen-Chih (Office of Information Services).
