In memory of Prof. Niu Hsien-chung, Graduate Institute of International Affairs and Strategic Studies (GIIASS) will hold an academic conference, “Constructing Taiwan’s Strategic Position in 21st Century” on March 4 at Chung-cheng Hall, Taipei Campus.
