The annual Foreign Language Week officially begins today at 12 noon at the lobby of the Foreign Language Building, amidst various dancing music and dancers from all six departments of the College.

In the following days, there will be exhibitions and performances around the campus, introducing customs, culture and foods of various countries. For instance, the English Department is showing the life of the Queen Elizabeth II of the UK at the Exhibition Hall of the Business Management Building. At the same place, German Department is giving extensive information regarding this year’s World Football Championships that will be hosted in Germany. As for performances, the Russian Department will have a folk songs contest on Thursday at the Chemistry Building and put on a play at the theater in the Liberal Arts Building.

For those who simply want to enjoy some exotic food and drinks can visit the Poster Street from Tuesday to Friday. Meanwhile, there will also be several sport events such as basketball and volleyball matches among the departments throughout the week.
