The Counseling, Career Development and Learning Center held a completion tea reception on May 8, attended by Executive Vice President Chun-Hung Lin (6th from right), Vice President for International Affairs Hsiao-Chuan Chen (4th from right), several colleagues, and two architects who came to witness the results.
