Ting-Yi Chu (2nd from right) from the Department of Banking and Finance poses happily with her recommending professor, Associate Professor Chien-Fu Chen from the Department of Diplomacy and International Relations. She, along with Yi-Hsuan Hung and Chung-Kai Lin, was admitted to UCL, ranked 9th in the world, and returned to campus to express her gratitude to the faculty.
