Graduating student representatives Wen-Yi Peng (right) from the Department of Industrial Economics and Chia-Ming Hsu (left) from the Department of English, who hails from the Philippines, delivered a bilingual speech in Chinese and English, sharing the joys and challenges of their four-year journey.
