The former Director of Tamkang Times, Prof. Chuo-chun Lo handed the post to Mr. Huei-nan Huang, concurrently Chief of the Printing Office on July 31, 2003.
Director Lo has served at Tamkang University since 1966. Since April 1994, while he was an associate professor in Division of General Education and Core Curriculum, Dr. Lo served as editor of the Tamkang Times. Since October 1995, he took over the directorship of the Tamkang Times. Three year ago (2000), Dr. Lo was scheduled to retire, but was appointed by President Chang to continue as director for another three years.
The new Director, Mr. Huei-nan Huang, has served in the Printing Office, Office of Student Affairs, and Office of General Affairs. Last year (2002), he was appointed as the Chief of the Printing Office. He will stay with his former post while also taking charge of the Tamkang Times.
